Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2, 2026

By creating an account or using any part of Voxel-AI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. We've written these in plain language — if anything is unclear, contact us.

Using the platform

You may use Voxel-AI for personal and commercial projects, as long as you follow these terms. You are responsible for everything you create or publish on the platform.

You must not use Voxel-AI to create or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Analytics and cookies

When you use the platform — including the editor — we collect usage data and error reports through cookies (via PostHog). This data is used internally to operate the platform, fix bugs, and understand how the product is being used so we can make it better. It is never used for advertising or marketing profiles, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

When you visit for the first time, a banner will ask for your consent before analytics cookies are set. You can decline and the platform will still work fully. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and refreshing.

AI generation

The generation feature uses AI models operated by us. When you generate an asset:

  • You own the output and can use it freely, including commercially
  • You own your input (your prompt and any reference image you upload)
  • Private generations are never used to train AI models — see our Privacy Policy for full details
  • Public AI-tagged generations may be used to improve our models

We do not guarantee specific output quality. AI generation is a creative tool — results vary.

Minecraft-style generation

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

Voxel-AI offers a generation style inspired by the visual aesthetic of Minecraft. This is a stylistic option only. Voxel-AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation in any way.

You are responsible for how you use Minecraft-style outputs. If you plan to distribute them in connection with Minecraft, you must comply with Mojang's own usage guidelines.

Public gallery and publishing

When you publish a model to the public gallery, you grant Voxel-AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, thumbnail, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing materials. You keep full ownership.

If your published model was created with AI assistance, you must mark it as AI-generated using the tag provided in the publish flow. This helps other users understand what they're looking at and determines whether the model may be used in future AI training runs.

Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in behaviour that harms other users.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Voxel-AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of liability

Voxel-AI is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
